Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download ,online subscription and micro sd card, we generally offer no refunds.

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, or activated your subscription, or the sd card is still in the sealed bag it came in, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request excluding shipping charges.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product, activated your online subscription or used micro sd card (taken out from our sealed bag) will not be eligible for Refunds. Refund requests, if any, must be made within five (5) days of your original purchase.

Note: If you’ve purchased a course on sd card, you will need to return it and you will bear the shipping charges. We will refund the remaining amount excluding the shipping charges from the total amount paid by you at the time of purchase (delivery).

Why a refund may not be given:

If the item works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

  • you don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it , activated your online subscription or used the sd card.
  • the item did not meet your expectations;
  • you simply change your mind;
  • you bought an item by mistake;
  • you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
  • you can no longer access the item because its limit has expired (we advise you to complete your courses in the specified time if you have purchased an online subscription or download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).

Online Classes:

All fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:

This policy applies to micro sd cards only. If the item you receive is damaged or defective, it will have to be returned to us. We will inspect your claim and if found genuine, we will send you an exchanged item with no additional shipping charges.
